As a coffee-fueled, artistic dog mom of 2, I have been in love with color and creating art for as long as I can remember.

Each item is customized with individually applied Swarovski or high-quality rhinestones, ensuring a unique and dazzling finish. We offer a large selection of customization options, making your vision shine brilliantly.

HOW TO ORDER
Please click the "Order" button in the home menu.
Utilize the drop-down menu to select the item you want customized. If you do not see your item listed, please utilize the "additional comments" section to describe your need.

Depending on the ask, I will send you an order form or schedule a time to connect via phone.
I must understand the vision you are looking to achieve.
All items are hand-painted, and each stone is placed by hand - I want to be sure you are 100% satisfied.
PRICING
Items that have a set price will be noted on the site as such.
For more intricate designs, once we align on your project I will price everything out and send you an invoice.
Full payment is required up-front for all orders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email with an order number for reference will automatically be sent to the provided email address.
You will receive an additional email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after the discount total reaches $175 for all US orders.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATION
We do not accept changes or cancelations once an order has been started.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Shipping in the US Only and will be shipping internationally in 2025.
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
These costs may vary from country to country.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
You (the customer) are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address.
Please contact designsbyamandakate@gmail.com with your name and order number to request an address change.
Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot adjust or redirect it.
If your address is incomplete, we will contact you immediately.
You have 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information.
Your order will be canceled if we have not received an answer within 5 days.
A delay in responding could impact the place in line in which your order is completed.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.
We are responsible for your package only up until the point the mail carrier picks it up.
We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors.
It is the responsibility of the customer to track, and locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to sanitation and customization options, we do not accept any returns.
If an item is incorrect, we must be notified within 5 business days for exchange or store credit.
For any exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Designs by Amanda Kate is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
All items are inspected and packaged in house and shipped in perfect condition.
If you received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
